I have been a tech enthusiast all my live – at least from the day my parents gave me an old transistor radio to take apart.

I got my first computer – a Commodode VC-20 – at around 13 and that machine literally changed my life. Another milestone was the Macintosh Plus I saw at a friend of my parents – I was even allowed to play around with MacPaint and to print my artworks on an Apple Laserwriter he had. From that moment I knew I had seen the future. Because at that time, at home I was tinkering my Commodore BASIC computer and this guy had a computer with a graphical user interface that seemed to be – and was – a complete different story.

I never left the Apple universe again and am happy until today to be able to work with these computers.

In the mean time I finished school and took on a job in a local apple store in the mid 90ies. Computers everywhere! I worked in the support department and my knowledge of both electronics and computers helped me do a good job there. After a few more jobs in the same or similar occupations I ended up where I am now: My job is a combination of web development and computer support.

Aside from computers I am very interested in the work of Nikola Tesla, I and even more away from the area of technology I love nature and the universe. I like looking up to the stars or down to my two children I cloudn't adore more.

In general I was able to retain my curiosity which is something that helps one to learn new things.

That said, you can expect from me not only technically oriented articles but also from a broader range of topics.

So, how curious are you then ?
